Creating a Supplier Profile

Through the suppliers menu, it's possible to add a new supplier. This can be done quickly using the '+' sign in the menu or via the 'add' button on the right side of the suppliers list.

What fields do I need to fill out?

Mandatory Fields

• Supplier Name
• Address Details

Interesting Fields

• Contact Information: by filling out the contact details, the supplier profile will have access to an email address and phone number for the supplier. Handy for quickly getting in touch with the supplier!
• Supplier Numbering: if you work with your own supplier numbering system, you can fill it in, but when Stoqflow should automatically assign a supplier number, leave the 'supplier number' field blank.
